Sindh has declared federal cabinet decision on IRSA unconstitutional: Law advisor

KARACHI:Spokesperson for Sindh Government and Advisor for Law Barrister Murtaza Wahab has said that the Sindh government had declared the decision of the federal cabinet to remove three IRSA members unconstitutional.
Responding to the decision of the federal cabinet, he said that the members of IRSA were appointed in consultation with the provinces. He said that the provinces had the right to take legal action against the decision without taking it into confidence.
The PTI government should refrain from issuing unilateral decisions. He said that the decisions of those who accused others of bias were based on open bias which was rejected by the people of Sindh.
Spokesperson said that the people of Sindh would not accept such a decision under any circumstances, so the federation should immediately reverse its unconstitutional decision, otherwise, the Sindh government would take legal action.
